    My client is the leading brand in Leasing and Fleet Management Solutions in the public sector in Southern Africa. They are based in Isando. This position will be responsible for analysing, diagnosing, designing, developing, project managing and delivering organisation development initiatives and services. Specifically this position will provide strategic and tactical OD consulting support in the areas of: talent management, employee survey administration and action plans, change and communication management, group facilitation in order to help leadership achieve strategic and business objectives.

    Required Qualifications / Experience
    • Matric
    • Honours Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology (essential)
    • Registration at the HPCSA as a Psychometrist (essential)
    • Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology (Desirable)
    • 5 Years related experience in Organisational Development at Managerial Level.
    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Office, PowerPoint and Excel)

    • Identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into best practice;

    OD Reports
    • Ensure accurate integrated feedback of OD Assessment Tools
    • Prepare project scope, plan and roadmap for each intervention
    • Prepare progress and close out reports on OD interventions and projects
    Talent Management
    • Design, implement and maintain the competency model as framework for Talent Management;
    • Be part of a team that designs, develops and implements the Competency Assessment Process
    • Train Line Management and Staff on the awareness of competency assessment tools and processes;
    • Prepare results reports on assessments for presentation and approval.
