  • Brooklyn, Pretoria: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR FOR LAW FIRM
    Minimum Requirements:
    -Female (Preferably aged approximately 28 - 38 years)
    -Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (First and second languages)
    -Matric / Grade 12
    -Professional, neat and well presented
    -Stable personal circumstances, with no personal issues to interfere with work
    -Strong administration and typing skills
    -Excellent telephone etiquette
    -Computer literate in MS Office
    -Practical secretarial experience a must
    -Preference to candidates with Legal/Conveyancing secretarial experience and/or knowledge of Conveyancing procedures
    -Able to multitask and take initiative
    -Trustworthy, reliable and diligent
    -Own reliable transport
    -Stable employment record
    -Contactable References
    -To start as soon as possible
    Duties:
    -Full reception function for law firm
    -Secretarial functions to Partners (General secretarial functions, and to be trained in general Conveyancing functions)
    -Client liaison (Arranging meetings, welcoming clients, telephonic attendances etc.)
    -General administration (filing, faxing, data capturing etc.)
    -General personal secretarial functions (e.g. Typing of documents, arranging vehicle licenses, personal errands etc.)
    -General legal administration functions (Training provided e.g. Arrange delivery and collection of legal documents etc.)
    Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross (Depending on experience)
