  • Description

  • Objective: To provide an administrative support service in the general office in order to contribute to branch efficiency and maintain customer service excellence.
    - Daily administration and general support tasks, as assigned by Branch management.
    - Debtors accounts, debtors age analysis, reconciliation of debtors accounts, bad debts and related queries
    - Receipting of direct deposits and faxing of invoices & statements
    - Daily banking and management of petty - cash.
    - Control weekly and monthly employee movement transactions, timesheets, overtime, commissions, etc for Payroll input
    At least 2 years relevant experience
    Ability to work with figures and attention to detail essential
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proven knowledge of all relevant computer systems, e.g. MS Excel, Word, Lotus Notes & Internet Explorer
    Grade 12 (Matric)
