  • Requirements:
    Mandatory Grade 12
    Tertiary qualification – certificate or diploma in accounting or taxation.
    Qualification in Office Management would be an advantage.
    3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    ERP System: Pastel – Strict requirement.
    Bilingual.
    Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence.
    Responsabilities:
    Management of reception area.
    Completing reception responsibilities – welcoming clients, management of switchboard, clerical responsibilities and traveling arrangements.
    Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements, client accounts etc
