  • Responsibilities Manage new starter administration, personnel documentation and induction processes Set up and mange individuals clocking in system for payroll Review and submit payroll detail to central finance Data entry through Excel/Google Sheets Be front of house for all onsite visitors, ensuring all visitor policies are adhered to at all times Perform stock checks to ensure count alignment Ensure onsite stock levels and website store are aligned daily Manage the site cleaner and ordering supplies Document supplier invoices for payment Requirements Excellent organisational skills Experience with MS Office/Google Sheets Customer Services / Receptionist experience desirable but not essential Great communicator to all levels of the business BENEFITS Competitive Salary Free Coffee and Snacks at Work Being part of a fast growing successful company Monthly coffee credits 23 days holiday per year + bank Holidays Quarterly Company Social Events.
