    A dynamic sales and marketing company located in Claremont is seeking services of a dedicated and committed individual to take care of their reception. Salary will be discussed depending on your qualifications and experience. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

    To Supervise and direct the activities of all field staff;
    To coordinate, prioritize and assign tasks and responsibilities;
    To track and review work progress and activities;
    To attend to staff queries and complaints;
    To keep proper record of all incidents throughout the shift;
    To advise and motivate field staff;
    To take note of all requests received from both clients and field staff;
    To participate in the recruitment and selection of field staff where necessary;
    To recommend disciplinary action as required;
    To monitor all electronic systems aimed at tracking field staff performance and movements;
    To conduct performance evaluations;
    To compile daily reports and submit them to the relevant senior staff;
    To oversee field operations and identify needs;
    To ensure staff compliance with company rules and regulations;
    To compile reports and recommend action where negligence is detected;
    To train field staff and attend site briefings as required;
    To assist managers with the development of goals, objectives, policies and procedures;
    To attend and conduct meetings and training sessions as required;
    To contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations;
    To oversee and personally perform some administrative duties as might be required by managers;

    Required Skills
    Ability to drive with a valid driver's license
    Excellent computer literacy skills with a post matric computer qualification
    Indicate the Location/Suburb where you are currently staying
    Tertiary Qualification of a Degree or National Diploma in the relevant field is Needed

    Candidate Requirements
    Principles and practices of employee supervision, including selection, work planning, organisation, performance review and evaluation, and employee training and discipline;
    Practices of team development, employee motivation and maintaining employee morale;
    Fluency in office administrative processes and procedures;
    Use of specified computer applications involving word processing, data entry and/or standard report generation;
    Use of specified computer applications involving the management of databases or spreadsheet files and the development of special report formats;
    Accurate record keeping principles and practices;
    Excellent communication skills and techniques for dealing with employees, emergency response staff and the general public both in person and over the telephone.
