  • Description

    This position is responsible for handling the cafeteria requests and any housekeeping activities that maybe requested in the area assigned. The position is also responsible for assisting in administrative tasks as requested by the Supervisor or Admin in the area assigned.

    Responsible for opening and closing of the company doors in the morning and after day end
    Make tea/coffee for all employees and manage requests for the kitchen
    Responsible for housekeeping and cleaning the office facilities
    Handle Daily mail and distribute to employees
    Handle the distribution of the Documents to the managers as requested
    Photocopy any required document
    Collect signatures for documents
    Distribute faxes to employees
    Send documents to the Archive
    Monitor Office facility and Inform Admin Officer about any issues at all time
    Ensure cleanliness of the restrooms at all time and check daily
    Provide Administration with Order supplies for the kitchen and monitor any missing items in the kitchen on regular basis.
    High School or Diploma.
    0-1 Years in Field Work.
