We need motivated and organized people to work for our fast growing call centre, to retain and boost our customer base. We are willing to train the right person for this position, No experience needed.

Skills;

Positive, service-oriented attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition

Willingness to work independently or as part of a team

- Must have Grade 10 or 11

- Matric is an added advantage

Tasks:

Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support

Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies

Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process

Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales

Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system

Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
