    Matric plus office Management Qualification or NQF 6 equivalent qualification.
    Minimum of five years office support or management experience.
    Developing and implementing administrative systems.
    Recording office expenditure.
    Managing the office refreshments budget.
    Organising and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
    Management of staff.
    Preparing reports and delivering presentations on office matters.
    Responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
    Reviewing and updating health and safety policies.
    Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices.
    Arranging conferences and training.
    Performing all Corporate Identity functions.
    Management of office access systems
    Manage and coordinate company phones.
    Oversee allocation and management of vehicles, laptops and mobile phones.
    Own car and valid drivers licence essential..
