    Our client in Stellenbosch is looking to hire a Social Media Listener/ Online Customer Service Agent to manage customer queries online and telephonically.

    Responsibilities:

    Create weekly reports of the ‘’customer happiness levels’’ on all of company brands.
    Drive NPS as a critical metric throughout the company, and initiate e-mailer campaigns to measure this through Survey Monkey.
    Monitor social media for sales opportunities, through the use of a social listening tool, and share these with various stakeholders.
    Follow-up on customers; close tickets.
    Create & publish social media content.
    Monitor digital marketing campaigns.
    Requirements:

    1-2 years customer service experience.

    Marketing degree/diploma would be advantageous.
