  • Duties & Responsibilities
    Compile a weekly spreadsheet for driver wages.
    Monitor and manage driver’s hours to ensure they do not exceed the maximum allowable hours.
    Management of contract petty cash
    Control the drivers claims and all Driver records
    Keep the Customer KPI report up to date.
    Check all delivery notes for correctness.
    Compile a daily revenue sheet and send report to all relevant people
    Capturing of all data onto internal computer systems, ensuring accuracy and reconciling with other reports
    Keep monthly driver bonus sheet up to date
    Capture and maintain weekly fuel consumption reports
    Batching and submitting of reports to head office
    Assist in other Operations duties when required.
    Control all operating equipment on vehicles ensuring that: fire extinguishers, stop blocks, tools, spill kits, cones, spare wheels, etc. are all available and in working order.
    Maintain stock levels and purchase supplies as required and as prescribed
    Report any Non-Conformances.
    Desired Experience & Qualification
    Matric and computer literacy (MS Word and Excel).
    The ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
    Good communication skills both verbal and in writing, be able to communicate to all levels
    Good arithmetic ability
    Good administrative skills
    Good knowledge of payroll administration
