  • REPORTING STRUCTURE

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Define the scope of the projects in collaboration with senior management.
    Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projects.
    Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc)required to complete projects
    Develop a schedule for projects completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
    Review the projects schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities, revise the schedule as required
    Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
    Authorises adequate material requisition from stores, plans and identifies resources to process the job timely
    Plan and organize work
    Carry out measurements and calculations
    Reports job progress / challenges to senior management recommending solutions for progress ensuring minimum production disruptions
    Leads and directs all production staff, ensuring availability of adequate work at all times, meeting quality and quantity targets
    Demonstrates production cost reduction, reruns / scrap / returns reduction, reduced machine and human idle time programmes to support innovative and compelling production techniques
