  • Minimum Requirements  Matric essential  Relevant tertiary qualification(s)  Proven strong experience in a similar Operations Management position within the Hygiene / Cleaning Industry with contactable references, and Hospital Management background

    Main Responsibilities:  Achievement of Operational Budget  Unit Profitability  Service Delivery  Cash and financial management  Discipline, administration and procedures  Management and co-ordination of hygiene division staff to achieve targets  Implement and monitor controls to achieve units targets.  Develop proposals which reflect the integrity and ethos of the company  Establish long terms relationships with both existing and potential clients  Take an active role in key account retention and development  Manage and control unit’s budgets.
