  • The ideal candidate will be proficient with the following:

    Payroll processing on VIP.
    Loading new employees.
    Processing terminations.
    Importing and exporting payroll data.
    Payroll reconciliation.
    Payroll reporting
    Leave management.
    Assist with the managing of staff files.
    Manage staff garnishee orders.
    EMP 201 and EMP 501 reconciliations.
    WCA submissions.
    Prepare UIF documents and pension fund withdrawal forms for exiting staff.
    Attend to payroll and benefits queries.
    Assist with financial year end audits.
    Do confirmation of employments.
    SARS E-filing and Easy File.
    Requirements:

    At least 5 years’ experience in payroll and taxes.
    Competent to complete the payroll process from beginning to end.
    Proficient with VIP Payroll.
    Experience with SARS E-filing and Easy File.
