  • Full payroll function of weekly and monthly staff (+/- 400) Basic HR function
    including managing leaving, issuing of contracts etc Monthly payroll
    reconcilliations and reporting Bi-annual submission of EMP501
    reconcilliations Annual submission of WCA returns Employment equity
    reporting Grade 12 2 to 3 years experience in Payroll and Basic Accounting
    Experience in Pastel Payroll or any related Payroll program Experience in
    SARS Easy File Effiecient in MS office , Excell and Outlook (Computer
    Literate) Able to communicate well Excellent numeracy skills Own
    transportation Familiar with relevant legislation affecting payroll Experience
    managing multiple payrolls and must be able to be deadline driven
    Knowledge of ETI submissions and necessary requirements to be able to
    claim this
