    Description
    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the Payroll function of +- a 150 staff member.
    Sorting out of any payroll related queries
    Reviewing and processing monthly payrolls.
    Preparation of reports (variance reports, nett remuneration, leave balances, etc.).
    TAX calculations.
    Submission of EMP201 on SARS E-filing.
    SARS Recon and submission of EMP501.
    Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
    Ensuring all relevant deductions are submitted and processed, such as 3rd party deductions, garnishee orders, maintenance orders.
    Requirements:

    Matric / Grade 12.
    At least 4 years’ experience as a Payroll Administrator.
    Payroll Administration qualifications will be advantageous.
    Pastel Payroll experience
    Must have a clear credit and criminal record.
    Able to work within a team independently.
