  • Role:

    Payroll administration for all employees, DRC commissioners and interpreters
    Ensure Payroll information is received before cut-off dates
    Verify all Payroll input information
    Update yearly increases and 13th cheques
    Ensure salary payments are completed on time
    Process all third party payments (SARS, Pension, Union Fees. WCA and Garnishees
    Reconciliation of third party payments
    Manage and resolve any Payroll queries
    Update Payroll operations procedures
    Send payment notifications and schedules to third parties and monthly statutory submissions
    PAYE reconciliations and tax certificates
    Meet legislature deadlines
    Approve ESS workflow inputs
    Process monthly journals
    Prepare General ledger reconciliations
    Preparation for audits
    Requirements:

    EE candidates preferred
    5 years Payroll Administration experience
    VIP People Payroll experience (essential)
    Specialist in Payroll functions
    Up to date with legislative requirements
