    Job Description:
    Qualifications and Experience:

    Payroll certificate;
    Minimum of 5 years payroll administration experience;
    Microsoft Excel and MS Word intermediate proficiency;
    VIP / SAGE experience will be advantageous;
    Flexibility in hours during peak periods
    Key Responsibilities:

    Verify completeness of information provided by HR for new appointments, promotions and terminations and submit to outsourced payroll provider;
    Verify that travel claims, overtime and other allowances are duly authorised;
    Prepare payment requisitions for all payroll related payments within required timelines;
    Maintain adequate administration system for payroll;
    Attend to and resolve payroll and leave related queries;
    Participate in and support with ad-hoc payroll related tasks and projects;
    Assist with resolving reconciling items on the salaries general ledger accounts
