  • Description

    Minimum Requirements:

    Pastel Payroll experience 2 – 3 years in a similar role.
    Accsys system - time and attendance functions.
    MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – spread sheet experience essential.
    Experience with Unions will be advantageous
    Ability to work within a team
    Ability to maintain confidentiality
    Ability to adjust to changing situations, new work, last minute requests

    Job Specifications:

    Able to process, capture and maintain payroll unassisted for approximately 150 employees.
    Prepares and maintains various wage data on excel spread sheets.
    Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills.
    Ability to be methodical, diligent, focused and pay special attention to detail.
    Ability to use initiative
    Ability to work under pressure.
    Admin role in payroll (will be required to file and maintain employee files).
    All relevant Financial Administration of payroll Data entries and adjustments.
    General administration.
    Good time management and organizational skills.
    Good interpersonal skills.
