  • Loading new engagements
    Maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization.
    Capturing third party deductions
    Import of Bi weekly hours
    Import of Flexi files
    Import of Manuel night shift calculations.
    Capturing leave via batches Bi-weekly.
    Enter all new staff information onto system and update spreadsheets
    Printing of reports after completion of Bi- weekly.Backs up & rolling over systems.
    Yearly increases (Rate per Hour & Statutory deductions )
    Generating reports for payments
    Report writing when required

    Monthly

    Leave & Bonus Provision
    Exporting bank files – Third party files
    EFT for Wages & Salaries
    Exporting month end spreadsheet if required
    Submission of statutory files – UIF submit & Mibfa recon
    Prepare month-end head counts.

    Admin

    Completing off boarding packs (UIF, Pension / Provident find withdrawal forms etc.)
    Document administration ( New joiners for benefits )
    Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
    Folding pays lips and printing timesheets.

    Requirements

    Relevant min 4 years experience in payroll and remuneration environment
    Payroll or Remuneration and benefits qualifications or Payroll certification is an advantage.
    VIP Premier knowledge and experience is essential
    VIP ESS Knowledge would be beneficial
