  • In search of a highly skilled and well experience Payroll Manager.

    Effective management of Payroll department (approximate headcount of payroll 10 000)

    Ensure alignment of payroll practises and procedures with Human Resources Strategy

    Ensure standardization, optimization and execution of relevant payroll related processes

    Monitor compliance with relevant policies and statutory requirements

    Management and control of employee master data

    Liaison with HR and Line Management stakeholders

    Manage competence, performance and morale of reporting staff

    Manage outstanding items on payroll accounts

    Management of Financial Interface to ensure accuracy and completeness of information provided

    Identification and management of deviations

    Management of SLA with 3rd parties and clients

    Qualifications

    B-Degree/ Diploma in Finance (NQF6)

    Payroll Certificate advantageous

    SAP

    3 years experience in a Payroll environment of which at least 3 in a management capacity

    Previous proven experience of SAP payroll systems (ideally Version: SAP EHP 6.0)

    Computer literacy MS Office

    Proven project management and people management skills

    A proven ability to develop and maintain good human and interpersonal relations at all levels

    Sound verbal and written communication skills with good bilingual capabilities

    Ability to work independently as well as in a team and be self motivated

    Analytical, benchmarking, problem solving and co-ordination skills

    Dynamic with high energy levels
