  • Description

  • Provide a proactive support to the Head, Insurance Client Coverage, in the day-to-day operational co-ordination and administration of the relevant Provincial portfolio.
    This includes responsibility for monitoring, co-ordinating, administering and reporting on all executive projects and executive staffing matters, as well as managing routine office requirements.
    Provide a 1st line customer service/ support for the management team by ensuring that all escalated customer matters are prioritised, responded to and resolved on a timely basis through the correct channels.
    To manage routine office requirement for the relevant provincial teams.
