  • Our client in the Sandton area is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to fulfil the following:

    Responsibilities:

    Taking accurate minutes of meetings

    Organising and diary arrangement

    Answering calls and emails timeously

    Relaying communication (mails, calls, reports, etc.)

    Travel arrangement and coordination

    Requirements:

    Team player with a good attitude

    Minimum requirement is a degree; admin related would be beneficial

    Excellent attention to detail

    Strong planning ability
