  • Description

    A large company within the construction industry is looking for a mature, well groomed lady to appoint as a Personal Assistant to the CEO
    Apart from the CEO, this person will also be responsible for the diary and administrative management of 6 other senior Directors of the company
    Position Overview:
    Diary Management
    Travel arrangements, car hire, hotel and flight bookings etc
    Office management
    Organize admin and paper work
    Reconcile expense returns, Mileage claims
    Assist with presentations, Arrange Video conferences
    Preparation of the boardroom

    Day to Day Office Functions:
    Screen phone calls and take messages for both Directors
    Take minutes of meetings, compile and distribute to relevant staff
    Create business production reports and distribute to relevant staff
    Manage daily office consumables
    Arranging refreshments and lunch to both directors
    General office duties
    Managing directors e-mails

    Minimum Requirements
    Have at least 3 years similar work experience.
    Good typing skills
