  • Our client is looking for a personal assistant/receptionist. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering the switchboard, Responding to external and internal stakeholder queries, Diary management and setting up appoints

    • Well presentable, well-spoken and proactive

    • Strong attention to details

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft suite of products

    • Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Minumun level of education: Grade 9 /N1
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
