  • You need the following minimum skills:

    · Preferably a post matric qualification in business administration or project management (certificate/diploma). At least matric with accounting.

    · Must have solid experience in financial administration: invoicing, budgets, etc.

    · Coordination and constant follow-up of activities

    · Effective multitasking at a detail level

    · Organising abilities at a detail level

    · Ability to create structure and work in structured ways.

    · At least intermediate Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint, Outlook, videoconferencing skills (Teams/Google Meet/..etc).

    · 2-3 years’ experience as project coordinator within the IT services sector will be a huge plus

    · Excellent verbal and written English communication.

    · Excellent relationships with stakeholders.
