    Job Description:
    Description
    Procurement Projects:
    Work with other Products & Services leaders and Global category managers to agree regional or global strategies which supports the overall P&S objectives
    Work closely with local and global stakeholders to agree a pipeline of procurement projects to achieve cost saving, cost avoidance and/or brand value
    Execute local and regional procurement projects in timelines agreed with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service which is connected, responsive and insightful
    Lead complex negotiations and analysis of the information and the contacting in conjunction with the stakeholders and legal teams
    Risk Management:
    Minimize contractual risks to the firm
    Manage business relationships with vendors according to Procurement and Independence
    Ensure renewal of key contracts in a timely manner
    Systems, Processes and Compliance:
    Support implementation of E-sourcing
    Support the standardization of global processes and
    Ensure compliance to the Procurement policy by education of local NRFSA staff and presentations to stakeholders
    Stakeholder Management and Reporting:
    Provide accurate monthly reports on deals and
    Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within business units and service lines and report procurement progress via regular meetings
    Analytical\Decision Making
    This individual is a key member of the Finance team responsible for helping to shape and drive Procurement strategies and processes in the local
    They will address complex matters resulting from sourcing and demand strategies, integration efforts and related operational matters in support of the Global Procurement
    Supervisory:
    Oversees the quality of his Procurement activities, achievement of business targets, communication and reporting to key stakeholders and the overall performance management cycle
    Qualifications and Education
    Business degree or equivalent in Procurement or Supply Chain
    Certifications
    CIPS or MCIPS (would be advantageous)
    Profile
    Strong Procurement expertise in order to drive sourcing and demand management strategies across a broad array of categories, ideally related to Facilities Management, IT and Real Estate Professional Services
    Able to align efforts with the key stakeholders and influence these leaders, as necessary, and possess a global
    Experience of working in a global and complex organization and liaising with different cultures
    Strong Business English
    Experience in managing a large number of stakeholders
    Has experience of various Source to Pay ("S2P") processes in order to support the design and implementation of the global S2P system
