    Overview of Role

    The purpose of this position is to provide a strong support role in the growing SME Investment Readiness portfolio. The role requires an interest/experience in finance and business growth strategies, good relationship building skills, communication, and strong analytical abilities. Assisting with administrative tasks will be required, including the overall coordination of due diligence and investment appraisal. Candidates should be results driven, have a passion for embarking on new projects, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

    Job Requirements:

    Tertiary qualification - Degree in business management, accounting, finance, or related
    4 years of experience is a similar role
    Entrepreneurial / own business experience – Advantageous
    Strong interpretive and analytical capabilities
    Financial Analysis
    Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite
    Excellent spoken and written English
    Candidate must ideally reside in the Western Cape
    Core Responsibilities

    · Coordinate due diligence management

    · SME finance applications screening

    · Grant management administration

    · Financial analysis and risk assessment

    · Consolidate pitch decks

    · Assist with project planning

    · Compile reports and presentations

    · SME and client communications
