    You will play a key role in processing financial and project information into the system. You will deal with strict deadlines in a pressurized environment where teamwork is essential. It is essential to be flexible, understand urgency and priorities. You need a constant awareness of the deadlines and outstanding information. You must be able to cope with a substantial amount of responsibility, remain calm under pressure. You must be non-compromising on quality and pay attention to details on all deliverables.
    Job Description
    • Liaison with the Sub-Contractor's representative to ensure accurate and timeous quotes and invoicing.
    • Manage project resources (Services/Materials) in line with stipulated project plan and costing.
    • Summarizing of all costs put into the production process to indicate projects (work) that are partially completed (Work in Progress).
    • Processing of purchase orders, invoices, credit memos and payment transactions.
    • Processing information of projects on our InFor System daily.
    • Generating purchase orders to Sub-Contractors daily
    • Assist with New supplier/Sub-contractor applications and arrange for account creation
    • Maintain Proper records for all project finance related material
    • Work closely with company Finance department
    • Assist in reconciliating the financials of projects
    • Assisting in any further matters that are required to finalize a month end
    • Passion for people

    • Deadline driven and highly organised
    • Attention to detail (layout, formatting of proposal, grammar)
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Willingness to work overtime when required
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure, assertive and tactful
    • Deliverable-orientated and self-disciplined
    • Good time management; must be able to manage multiple tasks at a time
    • Process-oriented
    • Willingness to learn
    • Facilitation skills
    • Hands-on, proactive person.
    Financial certificate or Diploma will be advantageous.
