Seismic e-Staffing (Pty)Ltd originated in 2015 in the beautiful Winelands town of PAARL, with an agreed partnership between Roedeb IT Solutions and Staff@RecruitZA, both owning a 50% share of Seismic e-Staffing. The unique concepts, designed and researched by both these dynamic companies was launched in April 2016 – still a very new concept aiming to disrupt the Recruitment Industry.

Seismic is a web-based Online e-Staffing Portal aimed at recent Graduates and Graduate professionals. We believe that this is the biggest gap in the South African and African Job Market. Our system represents the CV of a Candidate and we use this system to eliminate any pre-interview concerns such as, verification of qualifications, quality information on the screen, a biometric (Fingerprint) Criminal check and the deal-sealer, a 2-minute introductory video of the Candidate.

    An International, multidisciplinary construction company, specializing in design and construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and to manage various projects in Dubai. This position will be a contract position of 10 Months. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years’ experience within the design and site supervision of Electrical- and Mechanical Engineers.
    Job Summary:
    The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing sets of plans needed for the implementation of a project. Typical duties will include; discussing requirements with clients, developing engineering concepts, collaborating with other internal departments, coordinating engineer teams, analyzing project feasibility, and making sure projects are implemented in due time. Successful candidates showcase in their resumes qualifications like engineering expertise, project management skills, computer proficiency, time management and teamwork. A Master's Degree will be beneficial.
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Planning and organizing production schedules;
    • Review and adjust the schedule where needed;
    • Implement and control the production schedule;
    • Assessing project and resource requirements;
    • Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers;
    • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met;
    • Determining quality control standards;
    • Overseeing production processes;
    • Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary;
    • Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials;
    • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment;
    • Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff;
    • Supervising the work of junior staff;
    • Organizing relevant training sessions;
    • Determine the human resources required for each project;
    • Determine the material resources required;
    • Manage human and material resources to meet production targets;
    • Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement;
    • Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations;
    • Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to;
    • Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures;
    • Set product quality standards;
    • Monitor quality standards of products;
    • Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives;
    • Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems;
    • Determine and implement improvements to the production process;
    • Prepare and maintain production reports;
    • Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement;
    • Estimate production costs;
    • Set production budgets;
    • Manage production budgets;
    • Implement cost control programs; and
    • Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.

    • Experience in growing using Engineering principles;

    • Excellent software skills – Autocad, Design;
    • Interest in working with youth and youth programs;
    • Demonstrated good communication skills;
    • Self-motivated, cooperative and flexible;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Responsibly manage administrative and record keeping tasks related to running the farm business and overall success of the organization; and
    • Ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
