    oversees all aspects of projects and his or her responsibilities include the coordination and completion of daily operational tasks associated with current projects, on time and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for top management regarding the status of operations.
    Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position. A deep understanding of the Telecom sector is a distinct advantage. He/she should be familiar with a variety of relevant concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on his or her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to the Head of the operation department. Enhances the departments’ and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and diverse requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

    Job Description:

    1. Develop detailed project plans
    2. Execute projects plans and monitor and track progress using appropriate verification techniques
    3. Measure project and operations performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    4. Report and escalate operational issues to management as needed
    5. Manage the relationship with the clients and other stakeholders
    6. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    7. Create and maintain comprehensive project/operation documentations
    8. Prioritize and delegate tasks to technical staff based on operational needs.
    9. Generate comprehensive operation reports to be shared with clients as well as other staff members (weekly, monthly, executive, and/or contractual analysis reports).
    10. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
    11. Monitor, analyze on a daily basis, the evolution of Telcom KPI
    12. Provide assistance in monitoring to agents at the NOC in the use of Supervision tools and in the preparation of their reports.
    13. Assist in checking the accuracy of reports from the monitoring agents.
    14. Consider anomalies found in applications and data and track corrections.
    15. Receive data loss alerts, due to technical failures and see to their resolutions.
    16. Keep strictly up to date a log of events that have occurred and assess impact on traffic and revenue statistics.
    17. With the "Technical Team Leader", follow up the resolution of the problems affecting the functioning of the NOC and reassure the Customer about the repair times.
    18. To ensure, in collaboration with the Operation Director, the follow-up of the exchanges between the Customer and the Operators with regard to the systems.
