    Minimum of ND: Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and QA City and Guilds.
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Control and Engineering
    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Metrology Department
    Knowledge of Statistical Process Control.

    Maintain all the procedures and systems required for the ISO9001:2015 accreditation.

    Maintain the ISO documentation system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001:2015 system clauses.

    Perform all tasks as required by the ISO9001 Quality Management system documentation.

    Manage and assess complaints.

    Manage and drive the investigations using the necessary resources of departments involved in the product.

    Liaise with outside consultants and third parties where necessary.

    Notify, in writing the acknowledgement of the complaint.

    Give regular written feedback on the investigation.

    On closure of investigation, give written feedback to the customer on the outcome of the investigations and actions.

    Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions taken and report them to the Manager.

    Manage and monitor that all the documentation regarding production quality is maintained correctly.

    Auditing of critical suppliers to drive quality at source.

    Continually consider ways to improve quality systems and controls in a cost-effective manner.

    Perform training and assessment of Quality personnel when required.

    Analysing the production quality statistics and report to the Manager.

    Analysing of trends and compile customer letters.

    Conduct Internal and supplier Audits.

    Control of calibration and maintaining monitoring and measurement devices.

    Product qualification tests.

    Continuous process and product quality improvements through statistical quality tools.

    Encourage all personnel to be quality orientated.

    Assist in the managing of Quality Control if need be.
