    Quality Control Agent Vacancy:

    The ideal candidate would have experience in a debt review and sales environment, with call monitoring and side-by-side coaching experience. Candidates capable of working independently without supervision are preferred. The successful candidates will be required to evaluate calls, conduct sales, and general coaching sessions when required. Additionally, they will be required to identify errors, trends and prospective areas of improvement. Observant individuals with a knack for detail and accuracy would be a perfect fit for this role!

    The Quality Control Agent position offers a competitive salary of R8K, a lively work environment and numerous outstanding development opportunities!

    Basic Requirements:

    • Candidates must have Matric

    • Candidates must have clear criminal and ITC records.

    • Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in call evaluations in a debt review and sales environment.

    • Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in call monitoring, side-by-side coaching and compliance screening.

    • Candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

    Desired Qualities:

    • Candidates must have a solid understanding of debt review processing.

    • POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) knowledge

    • Excellent listing, written and communication skills.

    • Ability to understand and ensure adherence to internal processes.

    • Sound judgment with the ability to make timely and solid decisions.

    • Ability to behave in a professional manner with absolute discretion in all situations.

    • Agile and able to adapt to change quickly in a fast-paced environment.

    • Attention to detail.

    Duties:

    • Live and recorded call listening whilst screening for compliance and soft skills, and reporting on assessment findings accordingly.

    • Side-by-side coaching will form part of the daily interventions and duties.

    • Assisting in audits, investigations and learning interventions

    • Working closely with the training department in order to identify, assess and correct gaps in processes and learning.

    • Supporting call center agents across the business with the focus on risk management and continuous improvement

    • Ensuring agents comply with policies, procedures and best practices by keeping abreast of the changes within their department.
