    Job Title: Receptionist & Company Administrative Assistant
    Department: Finance & Administration
    Reporting to: Company Accountant

    Job Summary
    The Receptionist reports to Company Accountant and will be responsible for:
    • Reception & Switchboard
    • Excursions for post, shopping or any other external need (must have driver’s license)
    • Petty cash & key management
    • Administrative services across the company under the leadership of the company accountant
    • Personal Assistant duties to the directors and Company Accountant
    • The Receptionist/Admin Assistant reports to the Accountant and is responsible for providing the company with professional reception services and assisting the company accountant with any administration duties for the directors, finance department and other departments on an ad hoc basis

    Task and Responsibilities
    • Answer and manage switchboard calls
    • Reception duties
    • Manage director’s diaries when requested
    • Broker correspondence
    • Manual or electronic filing
    • General Office Admin
    • Finance Admin
    • Courier collections & dispatches
    • Collection of post
    • Online shopping
    • Assist where required with the monthly staff lunch preparations and cleaning afterwards
    • Travel bookings
    • Ad hoc tasks as given by company accountant or director.

  • Minumun level of education: Grade 12 /N4 (Matric)
  • Years of experience: 5

  • Driver's license: EB
