  • Matric

    Experience in a call centre or reception environment

    Answer all calls in a professional manner and direct calls to the relevant persons

    Screen calls and directs calls to the relevant persons

    Takes messages and relays to the relevant persons timeously

    Receives and welcomes visitors and attends to them in professional manner

    Upholds and ensures that a positive company image is projected to visitors

    Attends to visitors queries and refers to relevant person

    Ensure visitors signs the register and wait in reception until collected by person being visited

    Ensure that housekeeping of the reception area is in a suitable condition to receive visitors

    Assist Admin department with various tasks when necessary

    Manages and distributes all outbound and inbound mail and couriered parcels

    Interacts with courier service to dispatch and receive/ distribute all incoming parcels

  • Minumun level of education: Grade 12 /N4 (Matric)
  • Years of experience: 2
