  • Job Description:

    - Answer Switchboard and manage calls/messages-

    - Monitor & Coordinate customer purchase orders, place stock orders

    - Manage stock in store room

    - Source equipment & obtain costing from suppliers where necessary

    - Manage & check deliveries

    - Book flights, accommodation and rental vehicles- Manage provisions for the office, stationery & office supplies

    - Banking / Post office / Printers, etc.

    - General admin duties and filing

    - Receive visitors and handled in professional manner, offer refreshments

    - Perform other duties as and when assigned

    - Maintain Company's best interest at all times- Use initiative

    Job requirements:

    - Matric

    - Drivers License

    - Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently

    - Must have Office Admin experience

    - Must be organised and be able to work under pressure

    - Must be well presented and able to communicate well, verbally and written
