  • Education and experience required:

    · Matric

    · Minimum of 1-2 years hospitality Receptionist experience

    · Proficiency in Microsoft packages essential

    · Switchboard experience essential

    · Excellent written and Verbal Communication skills, must be proficient in English

    Key responsibility Areas:

    Role purpose: Ensuring that all residents, visitors and clients receive the best customer experience, answering and transferring of calls & and to see to the smooth running of Village.

    REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:

    Preference will be given to South African citizens
    Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
    Ability to work without supervision and meet deadlines and work within a team
    Applicant needs to be patient and have a kind disposition to work with the older generation.
    Strong planning and organizing skills to meet deadlines
    Effective, problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
    Strong administration skills
    Good presentation skills
    Ability to use Initiative and be proactive and self driven
    Hospitality Experience an advantage
    Attention to detail pertaining to area of responsibility
    Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance as per company standards
    applicant needs to be patient and have a kind disposition to work with an older generation
    Own Transportation essential
    Five-day week, which will include a Saturday or/and Sunday
