One of our top Automotive clients is currently seeking a dynamic and energized Call Centre Agent to join their team. The perfect candidate for this role but be bilingual with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. We are looking for a candidate who holds high customer service skills and has the ability to handle queries and complaints in a professional manner. The candidate will be expected to fill other admin / receptionist duties in the case where a staff member is absent.

Requirements

• Matric certification

• Own valid drivers’ licence and own transport

• Fully Bilingual

• Experience within a franchised dealership will be an added advantage

Duties

• Allocating Sales Leads to the sales executives.

• Following up with the sales executive

• Incoming calls to direct to all departments

• Outbound calls to allocate sales leads

• Calling missed calls and directing to the right department

• Call customers to check the service received by sales executive

• Assisting with service bookings
