  • Description

    This person's responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
    Answering phones.
    Screening calls.
    Forwarding and directing the call to the right extension.
    Taking messages and informing the right person of the message.
    Maintaining front desk security and reporting suspicious activity.
    Greeting guests.
    Advise staff on their arrival.
    Directing the guests to the appropriate waiting area.
    Offering the client tea, coffee or water.
    Preparing training / meeting rooms.
    Sign for deliveries and let the applicable party know of the delivery.
    Administrative tasks, such as copying, filing, taking notes, etc.
    Stock taking of office supplies and office consumables.
    Purchasing the office supplies and consumables.
    Booking of meetings in the relevant boardrooms.
    Scheduling and arranging functions, meetings, travel plans, reservations, etc.
    Ad-hoc duties.

    Minimum Requirements:
    2 years+ similar experience in an administrative role
    Matric completed
    Must have previous reception experience
    Switchboard experience is beneficial (+/- 10 extensions)
    At least 2 years' working experience on Microsoft Office
    Excellent communication skills
