  • Salary R12 000 The successful Receptionist will be required to receive walk-in and telephonic clients while maintaining a professional, efficient and personal first impression. Requirements: • Matric / Grade 12 certificate • 2 years’ experience as a receptionist in a professional establishment • Must have excellent computer literacy • Answer calls promptly and professionally • Accurately direct calls once answered • Ensure message taken if receiver of call is unavailable • Ensure that the reception area is neat, presentable and comfortable • Register incoming faxes, mail and messages daily and ensure that these are signed for • Professionally type documents as and when requested • Receive and capture cheques
