    Purpose: responsible to provide a reception and switchboard service to customers and heads of departments, as well as a supporting function to payroll and creditors/debtors departments.


    Experience in position as Receptionist / Switchboard Operator at large firm

    Experience on large accounting software

    Experience in handling tele and other communication system problems

    Experience on VIP payroll software and clocking systems

    Experience within the industry is advantageous

    Fully computer literate with proven proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Contactable references are essential

    Matric / Grade 12

    Must reside in/near Whiteriver area
