  • Description

    Applicants should be/have the following:

    Matric certificate.

    Tertiary diploma/certificate in reception/office management – an advantage.

    At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist.

    Experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) – an advantage.

    Excellent computer literacy skills – MS Office, outlook and basic Excel.

    Good understanding and preparing of Power Point presentations.

    Ability to take accurate notes and typing up of those notes.

    Must have impeccable telephonic and email skills.

    Experience with itinerary planning – booking of flights, car hire etc.

    Well-presented and neat at all times.

    Good communication skills, well spoken, fluent in English – both written and verbal.


    Meeting and interacting in a friendly manner with clients.

    Taking telephone calls and telephonic messages accurately.

    Serving the visiting guests tea and coffee if required.

    Assisting with putting power point presentations together.

    Setting up the boardroom for power point presentations (twice monthly).

    Booking flights, car hire - planning arrival and departure times. etc.

    Taking notes and typing up as required.

    Scanning, photocopying, e-mailing.

    Take messages and relay to relevant person. Deal with queries.

    AD hoc office duties.
