We are currently looking to hire a Refrigeration Appliance Repair Service Technician to join our team. They will perform all repairs and installations for our customers’ refrigeration needs. Responsibilities Provide timely, knowledgeable and quality repairs of customers’ appliances Maintain high-quality customer service and care Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience Communicate benefits of the Value Added Services Process to the customer Follow the truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized truck Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Refrigeration Appliance Repair Service Technician or similar role Must be at least 18 years of age
