  • Mano Pasas is a young UK/Lithuanian company looking to expand rapidly in the South African market. We operate online, selling our services remotely, and are looking for up to four savvy people to be our face in South Africa.
    This is a commission-based self-employed position.
    We provide full support with applications for Lithuanian (EU) citizenship by descent. This market is experiencing a rapid expansion in South Africa, mainly within the Litvak Jewish community, and we are looking for someone to help us grow our share in this market through the roof!
    We offer:
    - Unlimited commission income in this self-employed role
    - Exclusive responsibility over Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria or Port Elizabeth (your choice)

    - Possibility of an expanded role within the company commensurate with SA market growth
    What you would do:
    - Develop a plan for growing the client base through networking, social media, events, etc.
    - Present our service to prospective clients, relying on interpersonal skills and the information we provide
    - Close sales and maintain post-sale contact to ensure client satisfaction
    - Help develop the company’s overall strategy in South Africa
    The successful candidates will have most (but not necessarily all!) of these qualities:
    - Close familiarity with and/or connections within the South African Litvak community
    - Passion, be it for sales, self-improvement, sports, hobbies, you name it
    - A project-oriented, results-motivated track record (sales experience an advantage)
    - International experience (travel, studies, work, etc.)
    - Some knowledge of European history
    - Great English skills
    Our potential client base consists of individuals who left Lithuania between 1919 and 1990 and their descendants. In the case of South Africa, the vast majority of such individuals belong to the Litvak Jewish community thought to currently number approx. 60,000 individuals. Many are eligible for dual citizenship with Lithuania, and recent legislative amendments have opened the door much wider than before. Accordingly, the number of South Africans applying for and being granted Lithuanian citizenship has skyrocketed over the past year. But it’s a complicated procedure, and our mission is to take stress and uncertainty out of the equation, providing full support and representation for our clients. Can you help us spread the word?
