    Job Description




    Maintain a safe work environment.


    Meet sales and operational metrics and KPIs as budgeted and targeted


    Ensure that the customers requirements concerning quality, service and price are met


    Create and maintain strong business relationships with customers as allocated


    Provide detailed sales forecasts on a monthly and annual basis


    Manage allocated accounts to ensure debtors targets are met.


    Assess, understand and feedback on market trends in order to help shape the long term strategy of the business.


    Conduct Contract Reviews in cases of new customers, new products or new service providers


    Present product and other training to customers and internal personnel as required.


    Drive new marketing initiatives to promote new products as launched

    QualificationsA Degree in Manufacturing, Commercial, Supply Chain or Sales/ At least 3 years experience managing a team, preferably in a manufacturing environment /A minimum of 5 years experience in sales, operations and marketing in a B2B environment


    SoftwareComputer literate,strong spreadsheet skills and ideally with exposure and experience operating in a large corporate IT infrastructure.


    EquipmentIndustry related


    Knowledge Ofmarketing and promotion of products of a technical nature / Knowledge of the flat glass industry would be advantageous/Operational knowledge and experience in creating and managing a safe and profitable workplace, while ensuring compliance with legal
