    Remuneration Consultant

    Education and Experience:
    Minimum University Human Resources / Industrial Psychology degree, up to Master’s Degree advantageous.
    Statistical / financial qualification is also beneficial.
    Must have 3-5 years’ experience - previous consulting experience is highly advantageous
    Knowledge and understanding of Total Rewards.
    Good understanding of Base/Guaranteed Pay Management.
    Must be proficient in Excel (essential) and Word.
    Must have good analytical and technical writing skills.
    Good client communication skills, presentable and good work ethics.

    As a Remuneration Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
    Conduct Desktop Job Evaluation, mostly Paterson Grading System.
    Must be able to assist in Job Profile interviews and drafting of Job Descriptions.
    Must be able to conduct a Job Matching exercise and analyse market data from Salary Surveys.
    Must be able to conduct effective research.
    Must be able to draft proposals.
    Must be able to populate and prepare excel databases at an intermediate level.
    Must be able to conduct statistical calculations at an intermediate level.
    Achieve the daily plan outputs according to the customer quality criteria.

    Salary – R10 500pm
