Trendy Restaurant in the Kempton Park area is looking for a Senior Manager. Will consider candidates with 6+ years Restaurant management experience. Ability to manage & train staff a must. Strong customer relations skills required. Must have strong front of house and general kitchen management experience. Main duties will include stock control, cash ups, floor management, opening & closing procedures. Knowledge of liquor costings essential. Will only consider well-spoken and well-groomed candidates. Applicants must be passionate about Restaurants. Candidates must be ambitious and hardworking. R15000 - 20000 Net per month. Quote reference RA37 when applying.
