New upmarket Restaurant opening in the Midrand area is looking for an Operator. Candidates with 10+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as GM will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Experience in maintaining group standards is essential. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Must also have knowledge of accounts and marketing. The successful candidate will run the complete Restaurant operation. Salary 25 - 30K CTC. Only serious managers need to apply. Quote Reference RA39 when applying.
