  • Salary: Market Related
    The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible to lead the Reverse Logistics (returns) and Repair Operations by working with internal and external partners to ensure the best possible customer experience through the return process, while at the same time balancing cost to serve.
    Qualifications & Accreditations
    B Degree or Diploma in Retail, Purchasing Management or similar
    Experience & Skills
    A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role
    Working knowledge and experience negotiating contract terms and managing vendor compliance
    Broad technical knowledge and natural interest in electronics, small appliances, mobile phones, etc
    Proven experience in documenting, evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls while meeting deadlines
    Previous experience working with critical paths and project deadlines
    Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
    Key Responsibilities:
    The successful candidate will be an agent for change; leading cross-functional stakeholders within various internal and external organisations, ensuring best practices are introduced, implemented and followed. Processes will be geared towards impacting the Sales & Operational planning processes to ensure efficiencies and a proper balance of refurbished vs. new material utilisation.
    Responsible for successfully leading multiple high profile projects simultaneously, while having responsibility for decision-making and process improvement and implementation.
    Identify areas for opportunity, as well as create and implement solutions that drive benefits for the company. The candidate should have significant leadership experience, as well as demonstrated proven successes driving cross-functional process improvement while leading the day to day reverse logistics operations.
    This is a high impact, highly visible, multi-divisional position in the Reverse Logistics department dealing with both internal and external vendors and suppliers; improving overall customer experience and driving efficiency and optimisation.
