    1. Sales support:
    a. Load sales order on CRM
    b. Load documents in Google drive
    c. Update Google sheet with information
    d. Communicate Sales order pack with relevant internal departments.
    e. Communicate expectations with client
    f. Regular follow up on expected deliveries
    g. Attend weekly Operations meetings.
    2. Travel bookings:
    a. Plan travel arrangements for team.
    b. Arrange internal purchase orders
    3. Tender and Vendor administration
    a. Compilation and formatting of tender response documents
    b. Acquire tender invitations
    c. Vendor applications
    d. Stationary requests
    4. Marketing
    a. Plan events for department
    5. General
    a. Meeting minutes for sales and pre-sales department
    b. Ensure safety inspections is done
    a. Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc)
    b. Google (drive, sheets, etc)
    c. Good verbal & telephonic communication and writing skills (English & Afrikaans)
